What We Do

Square D Ranch is a breeding operation specializing in raising reining horses.  In the competitive world of today's reining industry, we strive to produce a prospect a head and shoulders above the crowd.  We achieve this by breeding highly impressive broodmares to equally impressive stallions.

Square D Mares

The broodmare band at Square D Ranch is not large in number, but you won't find stronger reining pedigrees anywhere.  Our broodmares are own daughters of NRHA Futurity Champions, Top NRHA Money Earners, and Leading NRHA Sires.  The bottom sides of our mares are equally as strong, and include Futurity Champions, Leading Producing Dams, and top performers.

Square D Sires

With mares like ours, it is only natural we choose the best stallions to breed them to.  We select only impeccably bred, widely promoted stallions in leading training and breeding programs.  This way, our foals get a leg up on the competition from conception and have the best chance to remain marketable at every stage of their career. 

APHA or AQHA

The Paint horses at Square D Ranch are living proof that you don't have to sacrifice performance for color.   Our paint reiners have the same outstanding genetics found in leading Quarter Horse performers.
